Moss is a gorgeous approximately 4 year old Shih Tzu cross, he came into rescue when he was left in the pound as an unclaimed stray! Moss was initially very scared and displayed fear aggression, now he knows us he couldn’t be more different, but he will need a home that allows him time and space to come to you – it took him all of a day to feel comfortable with us!
Moss is a typical little lap dog, he loves nothing more than cuddles, and he will quite literally spend his entire day snuggled with you! Moss enjoys a walk, and loves to play with toys and other dogs! He is also very good being groomed and travels well in the car! He is house trained, and mixes fine with other dogs, he is in foster with 12 others of all different sizes so could happily live with other dogs! Equally he could be the only dog quite happily! He is fine to be left for short periods on his own and is not destructive.
Moss has a cheeky side to him and can be chatty and argumentative, he doesn’t appear to ever have been set boundaries and it isn’t unusual for me to find him sat at the dinner table!! However, he is a little comedian and very rewarding! He appears to enjoy nipping feet, we think he has probably been kicked at in the past so is a little bit fearful. Moss is looking for an adult only home due to this.
Moss is a very sweet little dog, that is very low maintence, that desperately wants a lap of his own to snuggle up on, can you offer him this? If so please contact for a pre adoption form, Moss is neutered, microchipped, de flead and wormed.
